We are on a mission to democratize access to real-time speaking feedback for every second language learner. As part of our ambitious growth plans, we are looking for an experienced and passionate Head of Customer Success to lead our customer success team, drive customer engagement, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement customer success strategies to improve customer retention and satisfaction
- Lead the customer success team to develop and execute customer onboarding and engagement plans
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers to promote adoption of our products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to drive product improvements and innovation
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics to executive leadership
