Job Description: Business Operations Manager
Our small edtech startup is seeking a Business Operations Manager to oversee various day-to-day operations of the company. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounting, invoicing, hiring processes, and project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the company's accounting and bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting.
- Prepare and send invoices to clients and ensure timely payments.
- Manage the hiring process for new employees, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Oversee various ad hoc projects, including marketing initiatives, product launches, and customer support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a startup environment.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
